Noam Sorek, President and CEO
Noam Sorek is President and Chief Executive Officer of Sightic.
Noam, together with Ilia Vitsnudel and Ron Fridental, co-founded Sightic in 2001, and for
the 10 years preceding the incorporation of Sightic the 3 co-founders have been working together.
Prior to founding Sightic Mr. Sorek served as VP video technologies at a development center
sponsored by two major international companies. From 1996 to 1999 Mr. Sorek served as President
and Chief Executive Officer of an Israeli designer and manufacturer of video cameras and systems
for the security, medical, and the videoconferencing markets.
Mr. Sorek holds a M.Sc. and a B.Sc. in electrical engineering from the Technion - the Israel Institute of Technology.

Dr. Ilia Vitsnudel, VP Research and Development
Ilia Vitsnudel is Vice President of Research and Development of Sightic.
From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Vitsnudel served as manager for research and development of video technologies.
From 1991 to 1999 Mr. Vitsnudel was head of an algorithm development group.
Mr. Vitsnudel holds a M.Sc. and a B.Sc. in electrical engineering and a Ph.D. in biomedical engineering from the Technion - the Israel Institute of Technology.

Ron Fridental, VP Product Management
Ron Fridental is Vice President of Product Management of Sightic.
From 1999 to 2001 Mr. Fridental served as manager for product development for video technologies.
From 1991 to 1999, Ron served as manager of software development.
Mr. Fridental specialized in information systems and computer science in the Technion -
the Israel Institute of Technology.

Michael Barnea, Director, Business Development
Micky Barnea is a member of the Board of Directors of Sightic.
Micky Barnea is also a senior partner at the law firm of Barnea & Co.
Mr. Barnea specializes in technology related sale, licensing and development transactions, and has advised technology and investment companies on a verity of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, share purchases, private placements and public offerings on the Tel Aviv, London and Nasdaq exchanges.
Prior to joining Shimonov Barnea, Mr. Barnea is a graduate of the Tel Aviv University Law School, and served as a teaching assistance at the Recanati business school of the TAU.
