Job description
 

Sightic is looking for an Experienced Cloud Developer with a deep understanding of cloud platforms and services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and managing cloud-based applications and infrastructure. Knowledge of cloud service providers, particularly AWS, is essential. An interest in emerging cloud technologies and practices, as well as experience in containerization and serverless architectures, will be highly valued. Main responsibilities
 

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems on the cloud.

• Work closely with development teams to integrate cloud services into applications.

• Ensure security best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.

• Automate cloud deployments and configurations.

• Monitor cloud resources and applications to optimize performance and costs.

• Stay current with new cloud technologies and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.
   

Qualification requirements
 

• Strong experience with cloud services.

• Proficiency in development languages such as Python and Go.

• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.

• Knowledge of container orchestration services (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).

• Understanding of serverless architectures.

• (Good to Have) Interest in AI and machine learning technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
