Our story
Sightic was founded by Jenny Johansson and Stefanie Najafi with over 20 years of combined experience in law enforcement, including distinguished careers in the Swedish Security Service (SÄPO). During their tenure, they encountered the devastating impacts of substance abuse on individuals and communities, inspiring them to seek innovative solutions for detecting substance impairment.
Motivated by their firsthand experiences and a shared vision for a safer world, Jenny and Stefanie transitioned from law enforcement to entrepreneurship. They established Sightic to develop cutting-edge, non-invasive technology that enhances productivity, prevents accidents, and fosters a culture of trust within organizations. Their journey from law enforcement to pioneering entrepreneurs is a testament to their commitment to creating a positive impact through vision, determination, and innovation.
